Retention period

Enquiries via contact forms:
· Collected by Enalees for processing requests and marketing;
· Retained until the User requests deletion or for 2 years from last interaction.
Unsolicited job applications:
· Processed for recruitment purposes;
· Retained for the contract duration if hired, or 2 years from last interaction otherwise.
Data gathered via other channels
At trade shows, events, or direct contact (e.g. business card, mailing list, guestbook, stand check-in, enquiries…):
· Collected by Enalees for marketing and enquiry handling;
· Retained until User requests deletion or 2 years after last interaction.
Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
Under the French Data Protection Act (1978, as amended) and GDPR (EU 2016/679), the User may exercise the rights of:
· Access: request what personal data is held via dataprivacy@enalees.com;
· Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
· Objection: refuse processing on legitimate grounds or objection to marketing usage;
· Erasure: request deletion except where legal or commercial retention is required;
· Restriction: limit data usage in specific circumstances;
· Portability: receive a structured, commonly used copy of data processed consentingly;
· Complaint: lodge a complaint with CNIL or your local data protection authority.

Withdrawal of consent applies only prospectively and doesn't affect prior
lawful processing.
